An illusion

Black is my favourite colour too.
For me black signifies death, despair, grief and pain. It’s nothingness and abstract. The beauty of black lies in it’s gravity.
I am doing well. 🙂
You see Asha The Wall is about pain, memories, and people in general. The stories you’ll read are contributions by different people which transcends various genres like happiness, memories and all the aforementioned emotions. It’s people and their lives.
It’s to spread the notion that no matter whoever you are and whatever you are, you aren’t alone. There is someone out there who can understand you. It exists to make this connection.
It feels good to know someone in this world has been in your shoes. 🙂

Black is just so everything around us. I fail to see a thing without a touch of black in it. But then maybe it’s just me… 😛

Yes, I agree with you there. There is a touch of black in everything. I learnt that in 1st Grade, when I had no grey crayon. So, I coloured an elephant orange. 😂😂😂 After the test when my mom saw what I’d done, I learnt to mix white and black to make grey. 😛 So as an artist, I never forget that shades of all colours need a little black to make them deeper 😉

Black is great, it goes with everything, it’s my favourite colour (or absence of colour should I say). You are right about black being seductive, I bet it would be great to spend a day in your head.

It’s my fav too. We have so much in common; it makes talking so much more fun. It’s all messed up in up there, you might wanna save yourself from getting entangled. Haha! XD

You have put the image of the word black in a different context …the word Black is often a negative for example Black Monday, but you managed to give the word a different view …one of protection one of mystery and one of profoundness …nice post

Thanks Jerry. Black is close to my heart. Contrary to belief, black colour tends to uplift my mood. The days I’m wearing black, I am super creative. So yes, blaci is different for me. It’s not dark or dangerous. It’s like the colour of love to me.
