Perhaps, and most likely, to your spirit self – what some would call your higher self. However, that is logical and there could be many other answers – as many as there are people even 🙂

You’re right, Ian. To the writer, it’s a close friend, perhaps, a soul mate, someone the protagonist can’t imagine life without.
It surely can mean a lot of different things to different people. 🙂

Ahah, don’t go there. I refrain from diving in that well. Bdw, someone asked me why am I so negative about love and I replied I don’t have problems with love, I have problems with what people have made of love… what’s your prob?

It’s not a problem. It’s a perspective. And it varies. For me, love doesn’t exist beyond family.

I find family love more like Stockholm syndrome. And I am making this statement based on my experience ofliving away from family. I don’t know :). Everyone has a definition of love, for me it was concept, so I penned it in form of conversation..
