The Blurb:
This is journey of heart
On wings of poetry
Flying, moving, searching
Through vivid patterns of life
Finally connecting my words
To your eyes…
Let’s explore together
Layers hidden in these poems
The Review:
Dripping with sublime nostalgia and draped in poignancy, this collection of poems will warm your heart like bonfire on a cold winter night. Most of the poems stem from the author’s self-introspection of situations namely love, life, heartbreaks, dreams, and hopes, etc. and then some inspired by nature and its eternal elements.
The works are segregated in sections as memories, soul, spirituality, love, thoughts, hope, mother, etc. All weaved with words of greatest choice and consequence to deliver what may perhaps, be a collection you’d rather not miss. Amazingly simple to understand and thus, to connect with the poet’s thoughts. That said, it is a four-star read and not five for the typing errors and words wrongly used in few places. My favorites were:
- Grandmothers and their Knits
- Cup of Tea
- Obsession or Love
- O, Traveller!
- Story of a Pebble
- Red Light
- Still
- We are same in Pain
- Mother Birdie
- Gentlemen
I admire the author for I have been a follower of her words for some years now. She is simply brilliant with her ecstatic compositions that she shares on her blog.

I like the book cover, it’s a shame about the typos but as ever you have intrigued me. Poetry is so accessible yet is often less read. I love reading into someone’s introspection.

It is worth every praise and a re-read if I can spare some time. I thought was cover was really well done plus the glossy paper made it look alluring.
Introspections from people always give me fodder for thought.
