People aren’t always as they first appear, it’s a sad tale on two levels, the first being the man’s deteriorating mind. The second being the shopkeepers unwillingness to help but sadly suspicion is how we lead our lives. Great story my friend, always enjoy how your mind works.

Feel so sad reading about senior citizens losing memory and the character is a good citizen. It takes guts to help in this manner. This story has moved me.
