Perhaps, the golden rule of all things writing is this.
Word upon word, you build that castle and then wander around in it leisurely, wallowing in the sweet fruits of your hard work and revel in the abundance of satisfaction.
On those bad days, just remind yourself this – you’ve got just one word to put down on paper. And then another, and then next. But usually, it’s just one word at a time. Eventually, the words will lead you to where you ought to reach with your writing.
