I see a lot of “end” themed poetry in March, whether it be a disconnection between friends, a break-up, quitting a job, or moving. I wonder if it has anything to do with spring. It makes me think the beginning of spring, the Mother of Beginnings, inherently means endings too.

It is good to leave some bridges burnt, I like to think the metaphorical visual is warning for other people, or at least other bridges.
